We are unable to give refunds. If you cannot attend your scheduled course dates for any reason, (including not having the required textbook by the start of the first day of the course), you will receive credit to reschedule to take course at a later date (within the next 12 months from date of purchase). We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please email info@stathealthcaretrainers.com for cancellations or to reschedule your course dates.
